From a new collaboration with East London Illustrator Hattie Stewart, comes the newest addition to the Marc by Marc Jacobs watch line.
All three are $150 can be purchased by MJ's website here
The three watches feature black plated 40mm stainless steel cases with black leather straps and feature either a dog, cat and crow on the dials. Stitching at the top of each strap half matches with the MJ lettering that makes up the hour markers, with the Crow version even sporting a matching bright yellow colour-pop strap edge
The dial artworks are based on original drawings from
Stewart who has previously worked with Marc on his 2013 Resort collection.

Stewart has also doodled up the covers of many prominent fashion magazines
including Interview, POP, ID and Dazed and Confused. Her cool, edgy style
clearly appealing to fashion’s leaders of style.
This is not the first watch collaboration for Stewart
wither, who has also worked with TRIWA on their Lomin collection, a
unisex range again featuring Stewart's unique doodle style illustration on sunray
dials. Both are £125 and can be purchased from TRIWA's Website
The MJ watches are move on from the more cutesy style of the
Critters collection with a darker, pop-art inspired take on animal motifs whilst still staying true to the brands kooky style.
Not a particularly Christmassy offering
for a November launch but an interesting art collaboration for the brand.
